What you are good at & what you’ll need to win
• Recently completed degree in (business) informatics, natural sciences, mathematics or a comparable qualification with a good average grade
• High affinity for structured thinking and interest in numbers and data structures
• Practical experience with data models, analysis and/or dashboards
• Basic knowledge of data warehouse architecture, data modeling or reporting and planning, ideally in connection with SAP products
• Convince us you are a quality-conscious team player with analytical problem-solving skills, who looks forward to his exciting occasional business trips
• Ability to conduct specialized conversations confidently in German as well as in English

• We will introduce you to the fundamental skills needed to understand SAP BI (Business Intelligence)
• Attend the daily courses according to the learning and development plan
• Get involved in self-study based on the suggested documents
• Participate in feedback sessions with mentor and manager
• Work on project presentations and have you progress evaluated
• Have the opportunity to work on exciting projects after the end of the program
